The Junior Coyotes is offered to players aged 10-13 (entering 2nd year mosquito to entering 2nd year pee wee). an opportunity to access high performance coaching, practices and competitions. Please note 2nd year mosquitos must be quite skilled to make this team. The entire program will focus on developing youth players and preparing them to compete at the next level.
Our Goal Is Development
We want to offer players the best possible opportunities in baseball to grow and develop their skills. With dynamic practices and competitive opportunities players will learn aspects that are being missed and vital to success as a team and individual. We are going to provide a coaching staff that is passionate and knowledgeable, with professional experience. We are looking for 18-24 players to join this program for the fall and winter
After the completion of the fall and winter programming a team of 14-15 players will be selected. This group will play 30-40 games between April and August and attend tournaments in Western Canada and Pacific Northwest. We understand the need for breaks and recovery, there are breaks within the schedule.
This program will be supported not only by the Okanagan College Coyotes Varsity Program but the Okanagan Athletics Premier Program that delivers the highest level of youth baseball in the Okanagan.
