Mosquito Hit and Pitch
This program will focus on hitting and pitching. We will look at pitching mechanics, arm care, approach to hitting, swing mechanics, and include video analysis. It is 6- 90 minute sessions. Tuesdays at 5:30-7:00. Cost is $180.00. Dates: Nov 9, 16, 23, 30, Dec 7, 14 (6 Sessions). Max of 8 Players
Peewee Hit and Pitch
This program will focus on more advanced aspects of pitching and hitting. Controling baserunners, fielding your position, pitching mechanics, arm care, arm maintenance. Approach to hitting, hitting breaking pitches, swing mechanics, and also include video analysis. Wednesday 5:30-7:00. Cost is $200.00 Dates: Nov 10, 17, 24, Dec 1, 8,15 (6 Sessions). Max of 8 Players
High Performance Pitching
This program is working on Pitching only. It will look at Arm maintenance, arm care, velocity improvement, pitching specific strengthening, pitching mechanics, breaking pitches, controlling runners, pitch sequences, video analysis, bullpen work- for Ages 12 and Up. Wednesday 7:00-8:30. Cost is $225.00 Dates. Nov 10, 17, 24, Dec 1, 8, 15. Max of 8 Players

High Performance Catching
This program will be specifically on Catching and include instruction on:
Blocking, Receiving, transfers, primary positions, secondary positions, pitch sequencing, catchers strengthening program. Ages 12 and Up, Wednesdays 7:00-8:30pm. Cost is $225.00. Dates. Nov 10, 17, 24, Dec 1, 8, 15 Max of 4 Players. Must have own catchers gear.
